Inquiries
The form collects your name, email, optional company, selected platforms, approximate device count and message. Required fields are marked *. We use these details to reply to your inquiry and discuss ConfigSphere. The message is emailed to info@iltech.si; the website does not create a separate inquiry database. Contact by email is also available.
Purpose and legal basis
Responding to requests concerning a potential service is based on steps before entering a contract where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)). Technical safeguards and operational logs serve the legitimate interest of protecting the website (Article 6(1)(f)). The checkbox acknowledges this notice; it is not consent to marketing.
Technical data and spam protection
The host may log access times, requested URLs, IP addresses and technical browser data. The form uses a hidden spam trap and an IP-derived keyed hash for rate limiting, retained for up to one hour. It uses no Google reCAPTCHA. The theme includes no advertising trackers, analytics or external fonts. WordPress administrators may have essential login cookies.
Recipients, retention and transfers
Inquiries pass through the hosting and email providers used by ILTECH. TODO: identify processors, locations, transfers and safeguards. TODO: define inquiry and mail-backup retention, and confirm hosting log retention. Retain information only as long as necessary for its purpose or an applicable legal obligation.
